To ensure the best possible outcome for our guests, our team and our community.
Appointment Guarantee
A 40% service deposit is required for first-time appointments. Credit card details will be kept on file (safely secured using encryption technology) to guarantee appointments and protect our team against no-shows and last-minute cancellations. This benefits you by securing your appointment and protects our artists, who, like professionals in other industries (i.e., dentists, consultants, lawyers), earn their living based on their experience and time. Since time, once lost, cannot be recovered, no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and rescheduling directly impact our artists’ livelihood and wellbeing. If you cancel your appointment without notice or fail to show up, we will charge your card the full amount of the scheduled service to compensate our artists. Cancellation Guidelines
To support our artists and provide convenience for all our guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Guests who cancel, no-show, or reschedule without this notice will be charged as follows:
● First time: 50% of the scheduled service fee.
● Second time or more: 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Grace and Exceptions
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and emergencies occur. As our guests are part of our salon family, we handle these rare occurrences with grace. However, we keep a record of all such incidents to prevent abuse of the policy. Our mission is to provide convenience for both our guests and our team.
Redoes
We take full responsibility for your hair care needs and are committed to providing you with hair you’ll love. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 business days to be eligible for a complimentary redo or adjustment. In most cases, only a minor adjustment is needed. Your original artist will perform the redo or adjustment; however, in certain situations, management and the artist may recommend that another artist handle the redo or adjustment to best suit your needs. Due to the artistic nature of our industry, refunds on services performed are not offered, and after 3 business days, you will no longer be eligible for a complimentary redo.
Product Returns
Product purchases are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly issue store credit. All exchanges will be recorded to prevent abuse of this policy.
Children
We love families and the joy that little ones bring to our salon! However, if you bring children with you, please ensure they are supervised at all times. Their supervision and safety are not our responsibility. The salon contains sharp tools, chemicals, and hot equipment, which can pose hazards. Our tools, equipment, and stations are expensive, and any damage will be the legal responsibility of the guardian. Additionally, please be mindful of maintaining a professional environment. If the professional atmosphere is disrupted, we may ask you to take your child home and return at a later time.
Pets
While we love our fur babies and pets, only service animals are legally permitted to remain in the salon during a service.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who display violent, disrespectful, lewd, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Additionally, we may refuse service if we believe that the expected results cannot be achieved or if the hair’s condition—previously damaged by home treatments or services at other salons—cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, a waiver may need to be signed when requesting a color or chemical service that could significantly affect the hair’s integrity.
