I am just so disappointed. Stylist was very nice, but didn’t do what I asked and actually gave me what I said I didn’t want. She barely cut anything and didn’t even come close to taking off the amount I wanted. No shape, no movement, just a clunky long bob ( what I didn’t want). I am mad at myself for falling for the “ oh it will spring up and be shorter when it dries”. Then, of course after it’s all done and dried, “oh did you want more”. By that time you just want to go. Tried to tell myself, I could make it work. Nope next morning, I’m just sad, mad and disappointed. I even tipped her, ugh mad at myself for that.

What a great hair trim today! Vanessa took the time to talk about my hair needs and the trim that I wanted. She was able to perfectly realize the look that I was thinking about. Then her trim turned out great. She took the time to style my hair with an emphasis on the type of hair and really made a difference. I an so pleased and thankful for the outcome. I felt truly cared about and valued.
