Marisa was the best! I came in for full-highlights and a trim, and it was such a nice experience. Her foiling was perfect and my highlights look so bright and natural. I will definitely be going back!

I am just so disappointed. Stylist was very nice, but didn’t do what I asked and actually gave me what I said I didn’t want. She barely cut anything and didn’t even come close to taking off the amount I wanted. No shape, no movement, just a clunky long bob ( what I didn’t want). I am mad at myself for falling for the “ oh it will spring up and be shorter when it dries”. Then, of course after it’s all done and dried, “oh did you want more”. By that time you just want to go. Tried to tell myself, I could make it work. Nope next morning, I’m just sad, mad and disappointed. I even tipped her, ugh mad at myself for that.
