I’ve seen Vanessa twice since switching to her as my new stylist, and I can honestly say she’s a lifesaver! She came to my rescue after another stylist had left my hair in such bad shape that I couldn’t do anything with it. Vanessa stepped in with compassion and a fire in her eyes and confidently told me she could fix it — and she absolutely delivered each time! Not only does Vanessa care deeply about her clients, but she also genuinely cares about her staff. I had a wonderful session with Marisa and she was very pleasant to work with. She took the time to listen through what I was wanting to have done from my cut to my highlights and walked me through her game plan during the whole process and offered up suggestions for my hair type and face. My hair came out as she said and as we agreed on and I’ve been getting compliment after compliment since. Snacks, drinks, and a little massage/calming wellness session was included too.
